Our Guiding Principle

“Good enough” marketing is often the result of budget pressure, not lack of care. Manoni Marketing creates clear, consistent marketing that fits within real constraints.

About Us

Manoni Marketing was built around a simple idea: most organizations do not need more marketing ideas. They need marketing that is clear, structured, and actually supports their work.

We work with small businesses and nonprofits that are dealing with websites and marketing that feel disconnected, outdated, or difficult to maintain. In many cases, the problem is not effort. It is a lack of structure and a lack of clarity about what actually matters.

Our work focuses on building websites and marketing systems that are straightforward, usable, and designed to hold up over time. That includes reviewing what already exists, identifying what is working and what is not, and creating a clear path forward.

We are not trying to build something flashy or overcomplicated. The goal is to create something that works in the real world and continues to work after launch.

Our Values

The values of Manoni Marketing are infused into everything we do. They represent our comittment to you, to produce the very best work possible.

Honesty and Transparency

We do not use hidden fees, inflated scope, or unnecessary work.
We are clear about what the work involves, what it costs, and where there are tradeoffs.
When budgets are limited, we help you focus on what will be most effective.

Respect for Your Expertise

You understand your organization, your work, and your audience.
We do not replace that with generic messaging or assumptions.
Our role is to shape and present your work in a way that is clear, consistent, and effective.

Completed and Usable Work

We value work that is clear, finished, and ready to use.
The goal is a functional result that serves its purpose.
We respect time, both yours and ours, and approach the work with focus and direction.

“Finding someone who matches my pace and truly understands the mission is rare. Liesl has an incredible ability to take a complex vision and turn it into a high-impact reality, staying locked in until every detail is exactly where it needs to be. For any organization that needs elite-level marketing results without the big agency overhead, Manoni Marketing is a powerhouse and a total asset.”

“Our office often had general marketing ideas that made sense, but those opportunities were rarely realized due to time constraints, lack of practical knowledge, or ineffective in-house execution. By partnering with Manoni Marketing, our scattered ideas were transformed into a cohesive marketing strategy. We not only benefited from Liesl’s strategic vision, but also from her practical expertise, which resulted in a more unified and effective plan.

“This partnership allows us to stay focused on our core business functions while achieving better results than we could have on our own. Moreover, Manoni Marketing consistently delivers measurable value. We already outsource payroll and accounting, and we now consider Manoni Marketing a trusted strategic partner.”

Why “Manoni” if your name is “Manone?”

“Manoni” is used to honor my husband’s immigrant grandparents. Agosto Manoni arrived in the United States at the port of New York from Senegallia, Italy, in 1912 with his wife and children. He changed the family name to “Manone” to “sound more American” and increase his chances of finding work.

At Manoni Marketing, we honor Agosto and so many others who lost their names, and often cultural identities, to economic survival.

Immigrant, enslaved, or native, we are all descendants of one or more. The United States holds a richness and diversity not seen in any other nation.

Let’s celebrate it!
